Once your management agreement is signed, we can typically have your property live and accepting bookings within 5-7 working days. We handle professional photography, copywriting, and platform setup.

When do I receive my payout?

Owner payouts are processed monthly, within 5 working days of the end of each calendar month. You receive a detailed income statement showing all bookings, fees, and net payout.

Which booking platforms do you list on?

We list your property on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and our own Daisy Bee platform. We manage all channel synchronisation to prevent double-bookings.

Do you arrange cleaning after each stay?

Yes. Professional housekeeping is arranged after every guest checkout as standard. Hotel-quality linen changeover is included. A cleaning fee is charged to guests and passed on to our housekeeping partners.

What happens if a guest damages my property?

We carry out a check-out inspection after every stay and report any damage immediately. Airbnb's AirCover programme provides up to £1m host damage protection. We handle the claim process on your behalf.

Yes — we operate across the whole of the UK, from London and the South East to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We have regional housekeeping partners in every area we serve.

Can I still use my property for personal stays?

Absolutely. You retain full control of your calendar and can block out dates for personal use at any time via our owner portal. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule any confirmed bookings.
